Stunning mountain views in Strbske Pleso 🏞️

Man, the views from our apartment were absolutely breathtaking, like a postcard! Breakfast was lekker too, heaps of options to fuel us up for hiking. And that ski bus stop right outside made everything easy-peasy, no stress about getting around!

Ag man, it got a bit noisy with some chommies yelling outside at night, but we managed to sleep it off.

sure, the room was ‘spacious’, but with all the noise from the playground, it was hard to relax. And don’t get me started on the breakfast—seriously, how can a hotel this posh have rotten pineapple? I was hoping for a complimentary room upgrade as an apology for all the inconvenience but alas, nothing. just couldn’t be satisfied.

No air conditioning in the rooms means they can get hot during the day. Wi-Fi is hit or miss depending on who is handling it at the front desk. Dinner options can be limited, and if fewer guests are dining, you're directed to a less impressive restaurant instead. Parking prices are inconsistent, with misleading information provided. A soap dispenser in the bathroom was leaking, and there were issues with towel replacement during housekeeping.

Spacious family apartments

the location is perfect, just a few meters from the railway station, which makes getting around super easy. breakfast and dinner were amazin, lots of options and everything tasted great. our apartment was really spacious with a separated bathroom and toilet, which was super convenient. staff was ok, not too friendly but not rude either. loved how clean and nice everything was!

the noise from the surroundings can be quite bothersome, especially at night. parking can be a bit tricky and the options are a bit limited.

great place for relaxation

The location is ideal for hiking, with easy access to trails right outside. Our apartment exceeded expectations—it was spacious and far more inviting than the photos suggested. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful variety, making each morning enjoyable while taking in the mountain view.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially with the spacious apartment that gave the kids plenty of room to play and the indoor play center that kept them entertained. The hotel's wellness area was great too, as we loved winding down in the sauna after a long day. The only small issue was the limited breakfast options, but overall it was a fantastic getaway! ☀️

had a great stay at crocus! the breakfast was exceptional with a fantastic continental buffet that set us up for the day. the personnel were really polite, especially in the bar and restaurant. the hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.

It was just a smart choice for a momentary pause in Strbske Pleso with great value for the money. The staff was quite accommodating when we needed an extra blanket and they delivered it quickly. Consider planning your meals ahead as some dining times can be quite limited.

Fantastic location and spacious rooms!

We had a great time exploring the High Tatras, thanks to the fantastic location right next to the TEZ train station and close to Strbske Pleso. Our room was spacious and well-furnished, with stunning views of the mountains and a cozy kitchenette. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a variety of options to fuel our adventures. the service during check-in could have been friendlier.
